Telecaller (Outbound) – Education Admissions | Bangalore

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Office-based)

Experience: 0–2 years (Outbound Calling Experience Preferred)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience) + Attractive Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller (Outbound) to join our team in Bangalore. The

role involves reaching out to potential students and guiding them through the admission process for

higher education programs in Bangalore, Karnataka.

If you enjoy communicating with people, have good persuasion skills, and want to build your career in

the education sector, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:•

•Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admissions and course

details.

Provide information about educational programs, eligibility, and application process.

Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.

Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.

•Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.

Support the counseling team with student enrollment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of outbound calling experience (preferably in education or tele-sales).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Kannada (Hindi or other South

Indian languages is a plus).

Ability to handle student queries confidently and professionally.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
