Job Title: Telesales Executive
Department: Sales
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 0–3 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services and generate sales leads
Maintain good relationships with customers
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Update customer details in CRM/system
Coordinate with the sales and support team
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, or regional language)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and pressure
Positive attitude and sales mindset
Qualification:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
