· Calling Regular to customer for collection of payments.
· Maintaining healthy relationship with the customers.
· Educating and convincing customer to repay loan amount.
· Willingness to take the challenges.
· Keeping repo with the customers till collecting their recovery amount.
· Taking appointment from clients to send the FE’S for the recovery of payment.
