Telecalling Executive

Assetze is seeking a Telecalling Executive who can effectively engage with B2B prospects, understand their requirements, and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.

You will act as the first point of contact, representing Assetze’s services and driving conversations toward meeting closures and deal conversions through strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with B2B leads who have shown interest in Assetze services
• Qualify leads by understanding business requirements and use cases
• Clearly communicate Assetze’s end-to-end IT asset management and managed services
• Drive conversations toward meeting scheduling and conversions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Build trust with prospects and ensure a professional customer experience
• Consistently follow up to improve lead-to-conversion rates

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Confident in handling outbound calls and engaging new prospects
• Ability to understand customer needs and drive sales conversations
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead conversion is preferred
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on closing and conversions
