Roles & Responsibility

1. Daily administration and monitoring of the loan portfolio.

• Work closely with the business team to make sure that arrears are avoided. 

• Processing periodical collection and recovery reports for the management and Board Credit Committee.

• Recommending of appropriate remedial measures for the accounts under Early Alert and expiring limits.

• Follow up on collections and recovery credit audit issues.

• Liaising with the legal department for legal recovery actions, including litigations; • Collaborating with external recovery stakeholders, including the Registrar General, receivers, and court bailiffs. 

 • Maintaining the borrowers’ information from various credit files, checking the accuracy of the borrowers’ information/data until all recovery and legal avenues have been fully exhausted.

• Management of write-off/write-down of borrowers’ accounts and keeping recovery upon exhaustion of legal and recovery actions.

• To assist in proper filing and administration tasks within the Loan Recovery.

• To assist on all recovery and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Credit Risk Management. .
