Telecalling Executive

The Tele Collection Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to customers to collect pending payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure timely recovery while maintaining a positive customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and collections

Follow up on overdue invoices, EMIs, or outstanding balances

Convince customers to make payments and record promise-to-pay details

Negotiate payment plans as per company policy

Update call details, remarks, and payment status in CRM/system

Handle customer queries related to billing and payments

Escalate unresolved or critical cases to the team lead

Achieve daily call and monthly collection targets

Ensure compliance with company rules and call etiquette

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any graduate / undergraduate

0–3 years experience in tele collection / telecalling

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to handle objections and pressure

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)

Target-driven attitude
