Job Description

We are looking for an EdTech Telecaller to support our school’s admission and academic outreach activities. The role involves calling parents and students, explaining school programs and digital learning solutions, addressing queries, and converting leads into admissions or appointments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence, and a student/parent-friendly approach.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Calling & Lead Management Make outbound calls to parents/students from provided leads
  • Handle inbound calls related to school admissions and EdTech programs
  • Explain school curriculum, facilities, admission process, and digital learning tools
  • Follow up with interested parents/students and maintain lead status
  • Counseling & ConversionCounsel parents about academic offerings and learning solutions
  • Understand parent/student needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Schedule school visits, demo sessions, or counselor appointments
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
  • Data & ReportingMaintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Update CRM or Excel sheets with call outcomes
  • Share daily call reports with the admissions team
  • Coordination & SupportCoordinate with the admissions, academic, and marketing teams
  • Collect feedback from parents and share insights with management
  • Assist during admission drives, events, or campaigns
  • Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skills in English and local language
  • Basic knowledge of school education or EdTech solutions (preferred)
  • Ability to convince and handle parent/student objections politely
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in school admissions, EdTech sales, or telecalling is a plus
  • Comfortable working with targets
