• Explain services clearly and professionally
• Identify and qualify leads based on customer requirements
• Maintain call details and lead records accurately
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets
• Maintain a polite and professional communication style
