Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves making outbound and/or inbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Provide correct information about products, services, and offers.
•
