Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying potential customers through cold calling, research, or following up on marketing leads.
• Sales & Conversions: Presenting product features and benefits using prescribed scripts to persuade prospects to make a purchase.
• Meeting Targets: Consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and call volume goals.
• Relationship Management: Building rapport with existing clients to encourage repeat business, upselling, or cross-selling additional services.
• Database Maintenance: Entering and updating accurate customer information, call logs, and transaction details in CRM systems
• Customer Support: Answering product-related questions, handling objections, and resolving customer grievances professionally
