Recovery telecollection Key Responsibilities

1) Handle outbound and inbound calls related to loan and credit card collections

2) Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments

3) Negotiate payment timelines in accordance with company policies

4) Explain outstanding balances and repayment options, and resolve customer concerns

5) Ensure adherence to collection processes, regulatory guidelines, and call quality standards

6) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments

7) Achieve daily productivity and performance benchmarks

8) Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution when required
