Telecalling Executive

Samagra Interiors is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers over the phone.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s interior design services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
• Understand customer requirements and schedule appointments for the sales/design team.
• Maintain and update the lead database and CRM regularly.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Clearly explain services, offers, and the design process to clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Maintain professional etiquette and strong customer service at all times.
• Requirements:High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language (Hindi/Kannada is a plus).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejection.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in interior design, real estate, or home services industry.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes.
• Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.
