Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Real Estate Tele callers to join our growing team. Freshers with good communication skills are most welcome. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and coordinating site visits for real estate projects.

• Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries
• Handle inbound calls and provide information about real estate projects
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and location benefits
• Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Follow up with clients to ensure interest and conversion
• Coordinate with sales and CRM teams

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good verbal communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi and other local language.
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM preferred)
• Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate domain
• Ability to work with targets
