Telecalling Executive

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Tele Calling Executive:

❖ Get the database from the project Incharge/ Coordinator, call those trainers and mobilise them to enroll SSC Certification courses in LAQSH Skills2Sparkle Website to achieve the NSDC Target.

❖ Consolidate the orders/payments received on the S2S website and inform Project Incharge/Accounts team for payment reconciliation.

❖ Create WhatsApp groups with the enrolloed students and post them about the Training schedules.

❖ Enroll trainers to the LAQSH talent LMS when the trainings starts and also make sure that deactivating the accounts after completion of the training (after 7 days).

❖ Update Project Incharge about Training Status, Issues faced by trainers and get solution from Management/Project Incharge.

❖ Upload training data into NSDC portal SIDH. If any kind of errors accurse, raise a ticket in the NSDC portal and be in touch with NSDC tech team for solution.

❖ After the training, be in touch with the trainers and make sure that they attend the assessment.

❖ Monitor the Assessment results.

❖ Maintain the data base of Enrolled/Undergoing Training/Trained/Certified/Not certified trainers details
