Job Title: VKYC Verification Executive

Industry: NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)

Job Summary:

The VKYC Verification Executive is responsible for conducting video KYC (Know Your Customer) processes to verify customer identity as per regulatory guidelines. The role involves interacting with customers over video calls, validating documents, and ensuring compliance before onboarding or loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) sessions with customers as per RBI/NBFC guidelines

Verify customer identity through live video interaction and document validation

Ensure clarity and authenticity of KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)

Capture screenshots/recordings as required for audit and compliance

Guide customers through the VKYC process in a professional manner

Identify discrepancies or suspicious cases and escalate appropriately

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems in real-time

Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and TAT (Turnaround Time) standards

Coordinate with operations and compliance teams when required

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional languages preferred)

Comfortable on video calls and customer handling

Basic understanding of KYC process and documentation

Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/tools

Ability to work in shifts (if required)

Other Requirements:

Good internet handling knowledge and system usage

Presentable and professional behavior during video interactions

Salary Range (Indicative):

• ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience)
