About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound cold calls to potential customers

·        Pitch and explain products effectively

·        Identify customer needs and generate interest

·        Build strong rapport and handle objections confidently

Eligibility Criteria:

·        Minimum 1 year experience in telesales / telecalling / telemarketing

·        Fluent English communication is mandatory

·        Strong convincing and negotiation skills

·        Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset

·        Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM handling

Salary & Incentives:

·        Fixed Salary: 1,80,000 - 3,00,000 per annum
