A telesales representative's job description includes:

• Making sales: Generating leads by calling potential and existing customers to introduce products, services, and offers 
• Customer service: Maintaining customer relationships by following up with customers after purchases, answering questions, and addressing complaints 
• Record keeping: Maintaining records of conversations, including customer feedback, purchase orders, and queries
