Telecalling Executive

We are looking for dynamic Tele calling executives with the following job description and skillks:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote properties.
• Provide detailed information on available properties, features, and prices.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options accordingly.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain an updated and accurate customer database and log all interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and a positive attitude.
• Strong time management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
