Job Description

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.

Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on pending cases.

Provide product/service information and guide customers effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when required.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements.

Use CRM tools efficiently for logging and updating customer data.

Minimum 12th is mandatory; strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
