Job Summary :

We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, explain our products, and support order processing. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude to interact with customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers and explain our baby food, postnatal, and healthy products
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Follow up with leads and convert them into orders
• Maintain customer details and order records
• Coordinate with production and delivery team for order updates
• Handle WhatsApp and message enquiries
• Provide polite and professional customer service
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Skills RequiredGood communication skills (Kannada, English, Hindi preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customers patiently
• Sales and convincing skills
• Team player and responsible attitude
