Job Summary:

Nimbus BPO is hiring a dedicated and proactive Collection Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for debt recovery, maintaining a positive client relationship, and ensuring timely collections. This role requires candidates with strong communication skills in English and Kannada, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and follow up on collection calls, emails, and messages to customers.

Recover overdue payments in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, outstanding debts, and payment commitments.

Negotiate repayment plans with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Escalate complex cases or uncooperative accounts to the senior recovery team or legal team if required.

Ensure compliance with DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) regulations and internal guidelines.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Coordinate with internal departments such as customer service and accounts to resolve disputes or issues.

Provide timely updates and reports to the team leader or collection manager.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year in collections or a similar role

Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certificate is mandatory

Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Kannada

Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates

Age Limit: No age restriction

Other Requirements: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to work under pressure
