Telecalling Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our pre-owned car showroom team. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, building relationships, and driving showroom visits and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote pre-owned car offerings.
• Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
• Schedule showroom visits and follow up on leads to ensure conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align on customer requirements and appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and building trust.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills in English and local language(s).
• Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain customer relationships.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or automotive sales preferred.
