Job Brief – Tele Sales Executive (Client: Green Tiger Mobility)

Green Tiger Mobility is India’s only fully compliant retrofitter with 6 approved patents, ARAI & RTO approvals, and insurance integration. The company converts petrol 2-wheelers into electric/hybrid at scale, offering affordable and sustainable mobility solutions. With 500+ vehicles already on-road and growing monthly demand (75+ vehicles in Bengaluru), the company is aggressively expanding across Karnataka and other states.
Role Overview
We are looking for energetic, target-driven Tele Sales Executives to drive customer acquisition and conversions through inbound and outbound calls. You will manage the complete sales journey remotely, from lead qualification and product explanation to closing deals and ensuring post-sale follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
• Call and follow up with leads generated via marketing campaigns, website, and references.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers over phone/video.
• Qualify prospects and convert them into confirmed customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with field teams for test rides, installations, or documentation when required.
• Capture customer details, call outcomes, and updates accurately in CRM.
• Gather feedback, objections, and market insights from customer interactions.
Candidate Profile
• Age: 22–36 years.
• Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in tele sales/inside sales/call center sales (Automotive, BFSI, Telecom, or EV sector preferred).
• Strong communication skills in Kannada & Hindi required; English preferred.
• Confident in handling high-volume outbound calls and lead follow-ups.
• Persuasive, target-oriented, and comfortable working with daily call targets.
• Basic CRM/software knowledge preferred.
