📊 Reporting & Data Management:

Prepare daily calling reports

Maintain follow-up reports

Create & manage:

Active customer list

Inactive customer list

Hot customer follow-up list

Track customer onboarding & order status

📢 Lead & Ad Management:

Handle Facebook ad replies

Reply to WhatsApp enquiries

Manage social media leads

Ensure quick response & conversion of incoming leads

👉 Overall, responsible for everything connected to sales of new & existing customers and converting enquiries into orders.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

Female candidate (mandatory)

Minimum 1 year experience in agricultural machinery / spare parts sales

Knowledge of agricultural machines & spare parts

Strong convincing & negotiation skills

High conversion ability

Energetic, enthusiastic & target-driven

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

💰 Salary & Incentives:

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

1st Month: Training Period (No incentives)

Incentives Start From 2nd Month
