Job Title: Telecalling Executive / Customer Outreach ExecutiveJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling Executive who can regularly connect with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate available products and services. The ideal candidate should be confident over calls, quick to learn product details, and capable of building strong customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers via phone calls
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
• Develop thorough knowledge of company products, offers, and updates
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close potential leads
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer information
• Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth customer handling
• Handle customer queries, objections, and basic complaints professionally
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good verbal communication skills (English and local language preferred)
• Ability to understand and explain products clearly
• Proactive approach and positive attitude toward customer engagement
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems preferred)
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage
