Job Description

A CRM (Customer Relationship Manager/Specialist) drives customer retention and loyalty by managing the CRM system, analyzing customer data, and executing targeted marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities inclndeude segmenting databases, optimizing customer journeys, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics to improve satisfaction and increase sales. 


Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Maintain CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), ensuring data integrity and user access control.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior, demographics, and data to identify trends and optimize retention strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing and promotional activities.
  • Lead & Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships, handle queries, and convert leads into sales.
  • Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign
