JOB DESCRIPTION: COLLECTION EXECUTIVE

JOB SUMMARY: Join our team as a Collection Executive and contribute to the financial health of our digital lending company by effectively managing collections processes. As a Collection Executive, you'll be responsible for contacting customers with outstanding loan payments, negotiating repayment terms, and facilitating timely collections. Your role will involve empathetic communication to understand customers' financial situations, offer support and guidance, and encourage timely repayments. With your dedication and persuasion skills, you'll play a vital role in minimizing delinquencies and optimizing our company's collection efforts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct daily follow-up calls with generated leads.

2. Handle both inbound and outbound calls and leads effectively.

3. Assess leads to determine their viability and escalate them to the appropriate queue.

4. Utilize predefined communication scripts for handling various topics during calls.

5. Recognize customers' needs, clarify information, investigate issues thoroughly, and offer suitable solutions or alternatives.

6. Foster enduring relationships with customers and go the extra mile to engage them effectively.

7. Maintain comprehensive records of all conversations in our call centre database.

8. Initiate follow-up calls with customers regarding outstanding payments.

9. Provide reminder calls to customers as needed.

10. Ensure strict adherence to compliance policies and regulations.

11. Conclude loan payments based on the matrix provided by management.

12. Engage in target-driven calling, striving to meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

REQUIREMEMTS & EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

1 Min Qualification – 12th Pass

2 0- 2 years' experience in tele-calling sales or tele collection for loan products is required.

3 Candidate must be residing in Bengaluru
