We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential students and professionals, explaining our courses, and generating leads for our education programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and working professionals 📞

• Explain courses related to Data Science, AI, ML, Management, and Study Abroad programs

• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp

• Schedule counseling sessions or webinars for prospects

• Maintain call records and update lead details in the system

• Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion targets

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or local language

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to convince and handle customer queries

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Preferred

• Experience in education / edtech sales

• Experience in telecalling or customer support
