Telecalling Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time WFO role for a Cold Caller. The Cold Caller will be responsible for identifying potential leads, reaching out to prospects through outbound calls, setting up appointments, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The individual will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, deliver compelling sales pitches, and address potential clients’ inquiries efficiently. This role requires proactive communication and a customer-focused approach to build and maintain positive relationships. This is a target based role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

●    Has a minimum of 3 years of cold-calling, lead generation, and client outreach experience

●    Complete responsibility for Lead and Prospect Generation

●    Can speak confidently with CXOs, HODs in Admin, Procurement, Facility and finance teams

●    Excellent spoken and written English. Proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.

●    Proficiency in verbal communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills

●    Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and readiness to buy. Conduct outbound calls to verify decision-makers, roles, and organisations.

●    Familiarity with systems and ability to maintain accurate records

●    Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

●    Self-motivated and ability to work with Sales targets

●    Organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Qualifications:

●       Bachelor's degree.
