Job Title: Telecaller (Sales Support)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller with good communication skills and basic sales knowledge to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and handle inbound inquiries
• Explain products/services clearly to customers
• Generate leads and follow up on interested clients
• Maintain call records and customer details
• Support the sales team to close deals

Requirements & Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English (local language preferred)
• Basic sales and customer handling skills
• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
• Comfortable with calling targets
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
