Job Title: Customer Sales Executive – Artist Relations / Onboarding Executive

Role Overview
As a Customer Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for new artists and producers. You’ll introduce them to our platform, explain how to build an impactful portfolio, and help them connect with opportunities. Your goal is to engage, educate, and onboard users while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to artists, models, and production contacts to explain our app and its benefits.
- Guide users through profile creation, portfolio uploads, and verification.
- Build rapport with creative professionals and understand their career goals.
- Handle inbound queries from artists/producers and resolve issues or escalate them if needed.
- Maintain accurate call records and feedback using CRM or internal tools.
- Follow up with users who showed interest but haven’t completed onboarding.
- Coordinate with the marketing and tech teams to report user insights and feature requests.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly onboarding or conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Confident, warm, and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills — able to relate to artists and industry professionals.
- Basic computer skills (CRM tools, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email).
- Understanding or curiosity about film, music, fashion, and content creation industries.
- Time management and consistency in achieving daily call goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer onboarding (preferably in startups or entertainment platforms).
- Passion for the creative industry — acting, music, modelling, or photography background a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
