Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join our Sales team. Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to existing customers (upselling/retention) and potential customers (cold calling). You will be responsible for selling Telecom products ( Cloud Solutions, Enterprise Services), ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving daily/monthly sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients using a provided database.
  • Product Promotion: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of Jio/TTSL products (e.g., Postpaid plans, Fiber to the Home, Smart Digital Solutions for SMEs).
  • Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to buy products, upgrade services, or switch to our network.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers to build a sales pipeline.
  • Customer Support & Queries: Resolve queries and objections related to services, ensuring a positive, polite, and professional interaction.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, call notes, and sales details in the CRM software.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and sales closure targets. 

Requirements & Skills

  • Education: Graduate in any field (Preferred) or 10+2/HSC with relevant experience.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in tele-sales, tele-marketing, or customer service (Telecom experience is a plus).
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and proficiency in the local language.
  • Technological Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and smartphone usage.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to influence buying decisions.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
