Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Receive and manage incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM Understand customer requirements and qualify leads. Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location. Share brochures, videos, and other project information. Schedule site visits and follow up regularly. Update CRM with lead details, follow-up status, and next actions. Track and monitor daily follow-ups. Assign qualified leads to sales executives Coordinate site visits and maintain visit schedules Stay updated on competitor projects and trends. Learn all project details—pricing, inventory Prepare daily and weekly lead reports. Share updates on lead conversion status. Maintain professional communication. Gather customer feedback after site visits
