Designation- Team Lead - Telecaller
Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout / Silk Board)
Education: Graduate
Experience: 3–7 years (Minimum 1–2 years leading a team of 15–20 telecallers)
Role Type: On-roll | Work from Office

- Must Have:Prior experience managing a team of at least 15–20 telecallers
- Strong exposure to outbound sales / digital lead calling / telesales
- Ability to drive performance metrics:140+ connected calls per agent/day
- Effective talk-time, follow-up discipline & CRM hygiene
- Excellent communication, coaching & team management skills
- Fluent in English + one South Indian language (Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam)
- Target-driven with strong ownership of walk-ins & conversions
