Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments/EMIs. -
- Educate and remind customers about timely repayment and resolve their queries. -
- Explain repayment options, modes of payment, and process clearly.. -
- Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-friendly tone on calls. -
- Record accurate and updated collection status in the system. -
- Guide customers regarding repayment plans/rescheduling if required.
Key Skills: -
- Fluency in Kannada ,Telegu is mandatory(Any One language) -
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Patience, polite behavior, and customer-oriented attitude. -
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. - A good team player.
