Job Summary

We are hiring a Telemarketing Executive for our digital marketing agency. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, Social Media, and Paid Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients
• Explain digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development)
• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain and update client database/CRM
• Follow up with prospects regularly
• Identify client needs and pitch relevant solutions

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services
• Ability to handle objections and engage clients
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: PUC / Any Degree
• Experience: 0 – 5 Years (Freshers can apply)
• Languages Required: English, Kannada, Hindi
