Responsibilities:

•Assist in making outbound calls to prospective clients under supervision.

•Follow provided scripts to explain services and collect initial client interest.

•Update call responses and basic client details into tracking systems.

•Support the senior telemarketing team in follow-ups and appointment setting.

•Attend training sessions to improve calling skills and product knowledge.

•Work closely with team leads to improve daily calling performance.

•Adhere to targets and maintain professional communication standards.

Skills & Qualifications Eligibility:

•Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed.

•Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Required Skills:

•Clear verbal communication and listening ability.

•Basic understanding of telecalling or client-facing roles.

•Familiarity with using phone and email professionally.

•Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced team.

•Comfortable using spreadsheets and simple digital tools.
