Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Telemarketer to interact with existing clients, call new prospects, and convert sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular phone calls

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and lead generation

- Convert prospects into customers by presenting our products/services

- Update customer records and sales data in our CRM system

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve sales strategies

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in a similar industry

- Good command on other Regional Languages like Tamil , Telugu , Malayalam will be Advantage .
