Job Description

  • Outbound & Inbound Calling: Contacting prospective clients (from leads provided) to pitch financial products and handling inbound queries.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas (loans disbursed, cards sold, etc.).
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understanding client requirements, assessing their loan eligibility, and recommending appropriate financial solutions.
  • Document Management: Guiding customers through the documentation process (KYC), assisting in application completion, and ensuring timely submission to the operations team.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • CRM Maintenance: Accurately recording, updating, and maintaining detailed customer interaction logs in the CRM system.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring all sales comply with RBI regulations and company policies, and providing accurate daily sales reports.



  • Education: Minimum of a 12th pass,
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi languages.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office and CRM tools
