Job Description
📢 Hiring: Tele Sales Executive (B2B)We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to support our B2B sales operations.
🔹 Role & Responsibilities:Handle B2B outbound calling
Work on leads provided by the office
Identify and generate your own leads through research and outreach
Convert qualified leads into meetings for the core sales team
Maintain basic call and lead follow-up records
🔹 Incentives & Earnings:Incentives are performance-based
Incentives are directly linked to the business generated from meetings you convert
Higher conversions = higher earnings (no cap on incentives)
🔹 What We’re Looking For:Good communication and persuasion skills
Prior experience in B2B tele sales / lead generation preferred
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
