About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Kannada, as communication with local customers will be a key part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Communicate effectively in Kannada with customers to explain products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Follow up on leads and referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Record call outcomes and customer responses accurately.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them confidently.
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. (Knowledge of English and/or Hindi will be an added advantage.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma; a degree in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.
