As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the project provided by the company.

In addition to this, you should provide desired information to the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

You are required to understand their requirements and demands and close the sales deal efficiently. 

You are also required to communicate the right and important details regarding the project and follow up with them on a regular basis.

Telephone etiquette are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

Making phone calls and explaining regarding the projects.

Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

Follow up.

Fixing Appointments. 

Requirements 

Fresher/Work experience as a Telecaller, Tele Marketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.

Interpersonal skills.

Decent oral communication skills.

Training will be provided.

Salary 15k-18k per month plus incentives
