Telesales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and smart Telecalling Sales Executive who can communicate with customers and dealers, understand their requirements, and convert inquiries into orders. The candidate should be confident in speaking, organized in handling contacts, and passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers and dealers to understand their product requirements

• Promote supplements and convert calls into orders

• Save and maintain customer and dealer contact database

• Take orders through phone and WhatsApp and coordinate with the store team

• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders

• Maintain proper record of orders and communication

• Support the sales team in increasing store revenue

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of phone, WhatsApp, and contact management

• Active, confident, and quick learner

• Ability to build good relationships with customers

• Sales or telecalling experience is an advantage
