Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our EdTech team. The role involves connecting with prospective students, explaining our training programs, and converting leads into enrollments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of customer needs.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential students/leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Explain course details, career benefits, and value proposition clearly
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable programs
- Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and conversions in CRM
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with the counseling and operations team for smooth onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
