Job Description
Telesales Executive – Loan SalesJob Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers for loan products
- Explain loan options such as Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, Car Loan, and Loan Against Property
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into loan applications
- Verify basic customer eligibility and documents
- Follow up with customers till loan disbursement
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly
- Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with banks / NBFCs for processing and approvals
- Handle customer queries and provide proper guidance
