Job Summary:The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion. The role focuses on first-level client interaction and lead nurturing.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, portals, and digital campaigns
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain project details
• Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and timeline
• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects
• Coordinate with sales managers for closures
• Ensure quick response time to all inquiries

Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or telecalling

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of real estate projects (plots, villas, apartments)
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
