Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, calling potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
• Handle objections professionally and close deals
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
