Telesales Executive

Job Summary: The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students

through the admission process, providing detailed program information, and ensuring a

smooth and positive experience from inquiry to enrollment. The role involves counseling

students, managing leads, maintaining accurate records, and achieving monthly enrollment

targets.

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Interact with prospective students via calls, emails, chats, and face-to-face meetings

to understand their educational goals and advise them on suitable programs.

●​ Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and career outcomes in a clear and

professional manner.

●​ Guide students through the entire application process, from initial inquiries to final

admissions.

●​ Assist students in completing application forms, documentation, and admission

formalities.

●​ Track and report student progress and feedback to improve services.

●​ Maintain detailed records of student interactions and application status in CRM

systems and achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets as set by the

management.
