Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & First ContactCall customers received from loan aggregator partners within SLA (5–15 minutes).
  • Verify customer interest and basic eligibility (income, location, bureau score, documents).
  • Explain the loan product, features, charges, eligibility criteria, and lender journey.
  • 2. Driving Application ConversionsGuide the customer to complete the lender’s application form.
  • Assist with:

  • PAN & Aadhaar verification
  • Bank statement upload / Account Aggregator journey
  • Selfie & KYC
  • Income proof upload
  • E-mandate / NACH setup (if applicable)
  • Follow up with incomplete applications to improve conversion.
  • 4. Customer Experience & ComplianceEnsure clear, transparent communication and avoid mis-selling.
  • Maintain data privacy and follow company + RBI-compliant practices.
  • Resolve basic queries regarding loan eligibility, documents, timelines, and status.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsStrong verbal communication in Hindi & English.
  • Basic understanding of personal loans/education loans/consumer loans.
  • Familiarity with aggregator leads, PL funnels, or fintech journeys preferred.
  • Computer proficiency: CRM, Excel, LMS.
  • Ability to handle 120–180 calls per day.
  • Graduation preferred; 12th pass acceptable with experience.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile6 months–2 years experience in NBFC / DSA / Aggregator calling.
  • Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Fast learner, confident speaker, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
  • Work EnvironmentShift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Work Days: 6 days/week
