About Tetro Tetro is a consumer marketplace that helps customers shop pre-loved electronics, starting with (used) iPhones. Known for its high standards of customer service — with a 5-star rating across all customer reviews — Tetro stands out as a highly loved platform in a trust-deficit market.


Tetro is looking for a sharp, empathetic telesales executive who can guide customers through the journey of shopping premium iPhones — over telephone calls and chat.


What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and chats from prospective buyers — answering questions about the company, condition of products, warranty, pricing, and the Tetro process.
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads. Track every conversation, callback, and next step so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Understand each customer's needs (budget, model preference, concerns about buying secondhand) and recommend the right device.
  • Address objections and hesitations with patience — not pressure. Many customers are buying refurbished for the first time.
  • Coordinate with the operations team on device availability, delivery timelines, and any post-sale support.
  • Share customer feedback and common objections with the team so we can improve the experience.


What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience, ideally selling higher-value products (electronics, insurance, real estate, education, or similar).
  • Experience with Chatting/texting with customers before and after calls - Mandatory
  • Fluent in English/Hindi/Kannada — you'll speak with a wide range of Bangalore customers. If you're very very good in any 1 language, that's a plus
  • Comfortable working across calls and chat — and switching between them seamlessly.
  • Empathetic, yet sales-y. You listen before you pitch, and you know when to push gently versus when to give someone space.
  • Organised and disciplined about follow-ups. You use our CRM or tracker without being reminded.
  • Familiarity with iPhones and the smartphone market is a strong plus — or at least a willingness to learn fast.
